Mrinternet.cc provides a managed web site service. Mrinternet.cc reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by Mrinternet.cc when Mrinternet.cc decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise.

Domain Name Registration

We make no representation that the domain name you wish to register is capable of being registered by or for you or that it will be registered in your name. You should therefore not assume registration of your requested domain name(s) until you have been notified that it has or they have been registered. Any action taken by you before such notification is at your risk.

The registration and use of your domain name is subject to the terms and conditions of use applied by the relevant naming authority; you shall ensure that you are aware of those terms and conditions and that you comply with them. You shall have no right to bring any claim against us in respect of refusal to register a domain name. Any administration charge paid by you to us shall be non-refundable notwithstanding refusal by the naming authority to register your desired name. We shall have no liability in respect of the use by you of any domain name; any dispute between you and any other person must be resolved between the parties concerned in such dispute. If any such dispute arises, we shall be entitled, at our discretion and without giving any reason, to withhold, suspend or cancel the domain name. We shall also be entitled to make representations to the relevant naming authority but will not be obliged to take part in any such dispute. We shall not release any domain to another provider unless full payment for that domain has been received by us.

UNLIMITED USE POLICY

High bandwidth usage: Mrinternet.cc offers an unlimited use policy by maintaining very large ratios of bandwidth per customer. In rare cases, Mrinternet.cc may find a customer to be using server resources to such an extent that he or she may jeopardize server performance and resources for other customers. In such instances, Mrinternet.cc reserves the right to impose the High Resource User Policy for the consideration of all customers.

HIGH RESOURCE USER POLICY

Resources are defined as bandwidth and/or processor utilization. Mrinternet.cc may implement the following policy to its sole discretion: When a website found to be monopolizing the resources available, the account holder will be contacted in order to discuss the situation. If no arrangement can be reached, Mrinternet.cc reserves the right to terminate the account.

CANCELLATION

Mrinternet.cc reserves the right to cancel service at any time, and prohibits using the server as file storage for commercial distribution requiring unacceptable usage of bandwidth. This includes MP3, software or any other type of files. You may store files if you are not draining too many resources. Streaming media is not allowed on any of our servers. Sending unsolicited emails using our server is strictly prohibited. This is considered illegal and will cause your account [Mail/Web] to be suspended or permanently disabled. Running IRC or chat scripts on the server is also prohibited.

INDEMNIFICATION

Registered user agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Mrinternet.cc harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable legal fees asserted against Mrinternet.cc, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Mrinternet.cc against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Mrinternet.cc's server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from Mrinternet.cc's server.

Mrinternet.cc will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Mrinternet.cc makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Mrinternet.cc disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Mrinternet.cc and its employees. Mrinternet.cc reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.

Electronic Communications

You agree that this Agreement constitutes "a writing signed by You" under any applicable law or regulation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this Agreement and any other agreements, notices or other communications regarding your account and/or your use of the Service ("Communications"), may be provided to you electronically and you agree to receive all Communications from MrInternet.cc in electronic form. Electronic Communications may be posted on the pages within the MrInternet.cc website and/or delivered to your e-mail address. You may print a copy of any Communications and retain it for your records. All Communications in either electronic or paper format will be considered to be in "writing," and to have been received no later than five (5) business days after posting or dissemination, whether or not you have received or retrieved the Communication. MrInternet.cc reserves the right but assumes no obligation to provide Communications in paper format.
